Ksmart Brush Strokes - The Big Picture Team Building is an All-Inclusive team building package that is sure to bring unity and creativity to your team with a memorable experience and masterpiece to flaunt at the office. This package is suitable for group sizes of 20 - 60 people with discounts applicable to larger groups.

±09h00 - Arrival Coffee & Tea With Muffins & Dividing Of Teams

Let us divide the teams without being prejudiced. The goal is to let everybody interact like never before, the buddies, clicks and friends in fun group activities. Laughter guaranteed in 30 seconds. Everybody gets a number. All the “number 1’s” would be in a team and all the “number 2’s” in another team, etc. About ten people per team.

Ice Breakers with Fun, Passion, and Energy 

Does your team need some dopamine? Laughter guaranteed. This can be an indoor or outdoor team building activity. Everybody stands in a circle. The entire group partake in many short activities for example People to People, 37 Finger Grab, Kissing the Baby, Knee to Knee, Surviving Joburg, Bang Bang, Circles, Nail Activity, and Imaginary Pics – just to mention a few. Depending on the group size, we will never be able to do them all, but we will try to do as many as we can.

±09h30 - An Amazing Race

Our Amazing Race has no running and consists of a short walk, is fit for all ages. At least four people per team have to explore the venue, while others have to take pics and others have to solve riddles. Each riddle will point to the next clue. The first team to solve the main riddle, wins.

±10h30 - Refreshment Break - 2 x Portuguese Chicken Rissoles With Garnish & Bottled Water.

±11h00 - An Amazing Race Imagination

This Amazing Race consists of no running, has low physical requirements and is fit for all ages. Our Amazing Race is hilarious and is a race against imagination and creativity. Teams start with a short detour, then they have to solve riddles, find interesting places that do not exist, and then WhatsApp a Group Photo as proof that they have been there. 

Yip, they will have to use their imagination.

±12h00 - The Big Picture

This commences with individuals joining into small teams to complete a joint masterpiece to display in your offices. Once completed, “The Big Picture” is unveiled to all participants, which results in loud cheers and thunderous applause. (The canvas size and quantity is dependent on the design and the number of participants.)

±13h30 - Lunch Is Served With A Soft Drink

Seasoned roast beef, deboned barbeque chicken, roast potatoes, butternut, spinach, rice and gravy.

±14h00 - Winners Announced and Depart at Leisure - Each Person In The Winning Team Is Given A Certificate
